To support a smooth and accessible submission process, please prepare the following information:
Project Overview – What was launched, improved, or delivered
Business Challenge & Objectives – The problem or opportunity addressed and the intended outcomes
Strategy & Actions Taken – How the initiative was executed, including how Piano’s solutions were used (if applicable)
Results & Impact – Measurable outcomes and broader impact
Supporting Materials – Slides, screenshots, reports, dashboards, case studies, videos, or other relevant formats
You’re welcome to present your work in a way that best reflects your organization’s approach and role.

Submissions are evaluated by the official judging panel
Top-scoring entries are shortlisted as finalists
Winners are selected and announced at Piano Academy 2026
Evaluation criteria
Entries will be assessed based on the strength of the initiative, effectiveness of execution, and measurable, successful business outcomes.
Judges will evaluate submissions against the following criteria:
Strategic clarity and alignment to business objectives
Creativity and innovation in approach
Effective and impactful use of Piano capabilities
Quality and effectiveness of execution
Clear evidence of measurable results and business impact
Who are the judges?
A distinguished panel of senior leaders from across the globe will evaluate this year’s submissions. Selected by Piano, the panel includes both internal and external executives representing media, analytics, SaaS, and marketing organizations, along with subject-matter experts across relevant award categories.
